Partition appeared from no where (no access)

right guys i really hope someone can help,
I have 2 hard drives 1x 1.5 TB and 1x .5TB. Now i have a 100GB partition for media off of my 1.5TB but some how i have ended up with a "Q" partition with no info and no access.

It's the virtual Q-drive used by the Click-to-Run version of Office 2010.
