Windows 7: Dlink DNS323 Config idea's

Hi there Knowledgeable People,
So I bought my self a Dlink DNS323 NAS
And through in a couple of 2TB drives and formatted those to JOBD Im loading all my Media and Documents to it and its transfering from my Desktop via wireless N at about 2.8 meg per second (is that Slow?) any how.




Ive been looking through my Documentation with the thing and I cant figure out how to Stream From it I can see it in all my other network attached devices and access them from inside my network, but I was hopeful I could access my files from out side my network, via iphone, friends Computers etc, to be honest with you all Im a little confused any help would be appreciated
