70 GB deleted and office Q and BD-rom drive created! Help!

Hi there,
I noticed my recycle bin needed emptying, I went to do so, but it told me there would be 70GB deleted! I looked into the bin and much of the stuff on my external drive had been dumped in there for no reason and in no order, it had not taken any major amount of time to do this or notified me of the fact. I tried to restore the items and it told me I could not as there was no disk in BD-rom drive E. I do not and never have possessed a BD-rom drive.
I have done a reboot and system restore. I cannot delete or change either drive and I am frightened that somehow all my files will be deleted.

Can anyone offer any advice please?

Also, I didnt try and install office today or have/ever had virtual drives on this pc.

My thanks.
