You appear to have ruled out the monitor.
To rule the Windows OS out of the equation down load a linux bootable distro and see what the colours look like. I suggest Puppy linux.
Edit: Actually just booting from the repair disk should rule the OS out. See if the whites still look pink.
If the problem persists then it must be an onboard graphics card setting. Make sure you have access to the colour adjustment software for the card.
