HDD issue, 30 HOURS to install win7!!

Hello, first of all i have 2 PCs(AMD&Intel), when i noticed some problems during windows startup and while working on my AMD PC i didn't know what was wrong i checked everything and at last i knew it's the HDD i moved it to my other PC to be sure and tried to install a windows on it and now i'm sure 100% it is the problem, because it took a very long time during installation and at last it didn't complete.. anyway i installed another windows on my other HDD and plugged the infected HDD with it to be able to do some tests and result on the Pics.
Is there something i can do to fix this?
or i just through it in the trash and buy a new one!
Bytheway i bought that HDD (WD10EARS-00Y5B1) like 8 months ago,
so basically it's not that old..
    any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you in advance.

I would wipe the drive with WD utilities or those found in the free app section of this forum, change its cable as well as its port on the main board if possible and try again

Go to WD site and download their Diagnostic program.
That drive should be under warranty and there is information on that page to RMA the drive.

WD Support / Downloads / SATA & SAS / WD Caviar Green / GP
