LPK.dll errors please help

hi all ive a brand new sony vaio p6100 laptop with some problems
im having to use my pc just to get online as my laptop cant get online.

issues
basically on every program im getting
chrome.exe- system error

says
the program cant start because LPK.dll is missing from your computer
try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.


i cant get anything to work on the laptop and have tried system restore and just about everything i can think of.

i hadnt made a backup and dont have the win7 disc as it was preloaded

any advice would be very much so appreciated

Try using internet explorer, which is built in

i am just hoping i can copy the files needed and memory stick back on my laptop.

tried no joy bud

be easy if i could get a registry file to replace mine, but cant get one!!
cant even put a registry editor on the blooming laptop

blooming windows 7 is just like speaking another language compared to vista,xp etc
i hate it. grrr
