After running that check, you can also try a chkdsk. Follow these steps:
1. Click Start Orb, type cmd, then right-click on cmd and choose "Run as administrator".
2. Change to the drive you want to check (e.g. if it is E drive, type E: <hit enter>)
3. Type chkdsk /R <hit enter>
This may take some time, so be patient with that. When it finishes, post the resultant text here for us to look at.
