Windows 7: UDF format not playable in windows7 player

UDF format not playable in windows7 player

What is the fix for this problem, these are new windows7 computers
we even installed a second player, if the format is the UDF, it just doesn't do anything

Known problem read here. An update is available for the UDF file system driver (Udfs.sys) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2
