Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (64-bit)

Hello there.

Gigabyte Motherboards are really top notch, i have one and it's perfect

If you have a video card, i'ds suggest an AMD 870 chipset (which doesn't have video on-board) but if you don't have a video card, then i'd suggest an AMD 880G Chipset (HD4250 on-board)

Asus motherboard M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3-
Gigabyte motherboard GA-880GM-UD2H AMD AM3 DDR3 mATX-
Gigabyte motherboard GA-880GMA-UD2H AMD AM3 DDR3 ATX-
Gigabyte motherboard GA-880GA-UD3H AMD AM3 DDR3 ATX-

I added an ASUS one because they're great too.

They're all in your budget and great quality Motherboards
