    upgrading from xp2 or vista to windows7 to get lexmark printers connected: first uninstall printer( device and program).make sure driver is uninstalled.go to Support Lexmark.com->Downloads and scroll to Driver Finder and click. In Search for Download put in Lexmark 3300 series( or your own lexmark model) and click. In "answers" go to cjr3300EN.exe for 3300 series(for other models you have to try the choices to see which one works for you)and click. Do the Download Now and follow their instructions.[make sure antivirus is turned off temporarily].Lexmark loads the whole 3300 series program onto your pc (no disk needed). Good Luck From one who has spent days trying to figure this one out,no thanks too Microhard!

    Stop and then restart the Print Spool service
    Fixed the problem on my side
