Enabled AHCI, not all hdd in my computer

So I installed win 7 on a new WD 2TB Sata3 drive, I enabled AHCI before installing. I have two hdd which I use as storage, but after the reinstall only one of them show's up in my computer. I can see the other one on device manager. Does this have something to do with the AHCI? Never enabled it before now.

    Any suggestions?

    Setup:
    Intel i7 950
    Asus Sabertooth x58
    3x2GB Crusial ram

    Try Disk Management.
Right click on the drive and select Change Drive Letter and Paths...
    Try adding the drive.

Thanks, it worked! Just had to ad a device letter to the drive. (Stupid me for not seeing that it didn't have one)
