How to resume from hib?

I managed to liberate some disk space by replacing heavy software. I got now lots of space (on x25-m 80GB) for hiber.sys. So I enabled hibernation. I can't resume. Resume = reboot slower than normal. Session restored though. Reboot is triggered by power button (dedicated hibernate trigger in power roptions), ctrl+alt+del on kb or mouse button. Rig is built by myself. Board is Asus M4A89GTD Pro/USB3. ACPI2.0 is enabled.

What to do/try?
