USB2.0 to USB 3.0 ExpressCard help needed for new external HDD

    Sata results are a bit higher than I might expect from a run of the mill spinning disk (@7200rpm). Say Seagate Barracuda or WD Black.

    The esata is a Samsung Spinpoint 103sj. The USBs were from a Seagate GoFlex Freeagent Pro which is a 7200RPM notebook drive.
