Auto enabled when computer restarts


I have a problem on HP laptop, every time I restart it enables again the synaptics touchpad even if a usb mouse is plugged, what can I do please ?

It's boring to have to go to control panel option to disable each time I restart.

Hey, can I uninstall the synaptics touchpad in my laptop, and reinstall it again? Synaptics is not running on start-up but it is activated in msconfig, and CCleaner. Is it safe to uninstall and reinstall it again? If I uninstall it, will my touchpad still operate?

i have the latest lenovo driver installed and the checkbox "disable internal pointing device when external usb pointing device is attached" is checked (as seen below). still it won't disable, and the touchpad is driving me nuts. :( any thoughts?
