HDD write protected

I had some errror caused by Kaspesky Anti-Virus 2011. And now one of my HDD's is Write Protected. I cant any possible way to edit any files/folders on that HDD. I just wanted to edit it. Just last weeken I got that HDD clean. and everything was fine. now this happened.
I also cant change from folder Properties. I tried to take off "Read-only" from Attributes. But I got "Error Applying Attributes" An error occured applying attributes to the file: H:/A... "The media is write protected".

Is here any possible way to get fix this problem?
I really dont wanna start to copying 300GB again.. it took ~10h to get done..
