Have you tried going to your WebCam manufacturers web site to find Win 7 drivers for re-install? What OS were you running before you installed Win 7 Pro?
Was it an upgrade or clean install?

I'm not sure, its an itergrated webcam, came already installed in my system. I had windows 7 instaled and recently upgraded to windows 7 professional then the webcam was gone.
