Microsoft sidewinder mouse is operational but doesn't work
I have had this problem for a while but wanted to use my mouse as my other one died on me. The mouse when plugged in lights up and windows recognises it but the buttons to change the dpi doesn't work and the pointer doesn't move as I move the mouse. I have installed that intelipoint crap and nothing.
Any ideas? I have checked the device manager and it is recognised. I have taken it apart and checked all wires and there fine.
