    1 gig ddr 400 or 2 gig ddr 333

My pc has 2 memory slots, each has 512k of ddr 400 memory adding up 1 gig. I have been given an old pc which is broken but has 2 sticks of 1 gig ddr 333 memory. If I swapped these into my good pc to increase the memory to 2 gig, would I see much of a performance hit over the ddr 400.

Absolutely, especially because you are running 64 bit where the minimum is 2 gigs
