Got the problem solved with strips.

Now, is it possible to go from 12V to 5V in BIOS? And is it riskable? Is it possible again, in BIOS, with no controler and sutff like that?
Not in the BIOS no, have a look here it might help you; Chassis Fan Control

If your case is making too much noise because of all the fans, then you can get speed controls for your fans, better fans with precise ball or fluid bearing, or a new case that suppresses noise better, or all three. Do note, however, if you use a speed control to lower speeds (and thus noise) you also dramatically decrease the cooling efficiency of the fans.

if they are connected to the motherboard (and not to the power chains coming from the power supply), surely you would have an AI fan setting in the BIOS? for example, three of my fans are run using the "Cool 'n Quiet" option set on the motherboard.

My sisters computer has "Inteligent AI Cooling",
My Laptop (is rare..) has a "SlowFan" setting,
My stepfather's PC has a "LowNoise" setting,
My mothers PC has "Intellicool" setting...

All of which are the same damn thing in the end... it slows the fan down to as low as the fan will go...and will only speed the fan up when the part of the motherboard (CPU for the CPU fan for example) gets above the recommended temperature. the higher above the temperature, the faster the fan.

THEREFORE: Idle computer with little or no dust - quiet (unless your fans are nearly dead...)

You can jury rig a Molex connector to provide 5 instead of 12V to your fan since they provide both 5 and 12V.. But first be sure your fan will start up at 5 V:

    Or you can buy one:

Thanks for all your pleasant posts. It turns out that the fans wasn't stripped to the case alright if you understand what I mean by that. No noise (just a bit - ofc), running 12V, and some awesome cooling.
