CPU Time spent on frequency

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the CPU frequency data in Widnows 7. Is it possible to find a table like the file in linux /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/cpufreq/stats/time_in_state. This table shows the amount of time spent in each frequency. I really need this data in order to progress my application.

Example of file time_in_state:
Code:
2801000 19004
2800000 147
2667000 41
2533000 86
2400000 44
2267000 48
2133000 86
2000000 109
1867000 102
1733000 276
1600000 504
1467000 758
1333000 879
1200000 1296225
