You have a new computer with a new hard drive.
Do you want the old hard drive to be the boot drive on the new computer?
Or do you just want to get your data off the old hard drive and use the new hard drive as the boot drive in the new computer?

You would probably have to install Windows onto the new hard drive. Do you have a Windows install disc?
I'd just transfer my data to the new hard drive and use the new hard drive as the boot disk, but it's your choice.

Try Microsoft sync toy. You tell it which folders to copy from and a folder to copy to and pusk run. It will copy them. If you set it up right it is also a good backup tool, I use it to backup user folder and set it to echo.
