Windows 7: Razor lycosa keyboard

I just bought this Razor Lycosa keyboard on a whim while out in town one day last week. First impressions were great and it worked flawlessly. Now the keyboard touch screen (upper right hand corner) works sometimes and is causing WMP to keep constantly opening up. It's a real PITA. I've contacted Razor through email support and still waiting on a response from them. I've seen all kinds of complaints and horror stories about this keyboard. I would sure like a fix for this as I like this keyboard. Anybody on here have this keyboard and have or has had the same type of problem.

Found Fix. After doing much research and surfing the net I finally found a solution to my problem. Here is the link and I followed the instructions and to my surprise I'm WMP pop up free. It works...well it worked for me.
