Probably the easiest thing to do would be to buy a Dell. Make sure you get an i-5 processor, preferably with a CPU in the range of 2400 to 2600. Or any PC with an i-7 processor

Get at least 4 GB of RAM and a hard drive of at least 1 GB capacity.

The Dell XPS 9100 series uses i-7 processors and begins at $999.

The Dell XPS 8300 series uses i-5 processors and begins at $799.

Either would be a very powerful machine if you spend around $1300 to $1500. They can be custom-configured.
