When i try to open windows7 OS service window or Group policy window this error appear, so how do i fix it.
"One or more ActiveX controls could not be display either,
1).Your current security settings prohibited running active x control on this page or
2).You have blocked a publisher of one of the the controls'
How do i fix this error?

I log using Administrator account. I don't know how to enable this feature please tell me how do i do it?
if you log on like admin try create another admin account and see what happend
