| | HP Pavillion a1000n Desktop PC video problems I just installed win xp pro 32bit on a pavillion a1000n desktop pc, and now the display isn't working correctly. The color resolution won't go higher than 4bit? and I can't adjust display more than 620 x 480. For some reason the video driver isn't working. |

| | Is it an internal graphics chip or a card? I have a card labelled nothing but 'Elephant'. I plugged it in with XP and it had exactly the same visual issue as you seem to be having. Last edited by biggles1000; 13 Apr 2011 at 05:38 AM.. Reason: Typo and syntax. |
