Color Profile not always loading / spontaneously unloading
I calibrate my screen every month with a Spyder 3 device. Unfortunately Windows 7 decides to unload the profile from time to time which results in my frustration and wasted time. Also the profile often does not load on system startup (sometimes it does)
After some research on the web i found that this is a known bug in Windows 7 (present also in Vista). Just Google for "stop losing display calibration" to see that it IS a known problem with Windows 7 and that people try some workaround "fixes". These fixes did not work for me however
Common Microsoft fix this! All graphics/photography professionals know that Mac OS rocks when it comes to color management and Windows sucks terribly! So please face the reality and do something to change it before it is too late. Or is it already too late and therefore nothing is done to fix this bug?!
