Windows 7: computer problem.....

computer problem.....

I am new to computers preformance 3 months....

computer spec :

i3 540 3.60 ghz
asus p7h55 mother board
PSU mastercooler GX 550 watt
Gaming memory corshair 2Gb ddr3 1333hz
GPU asus GTs 450 1Gb Gddr5 normal version no overclock
HDD 1 Terabyte






the new purchase, all games can be played,
after 3 months for me to play the game
games suddenly become stuck, painful eyes,
What should I do?
please help me .....

Have you installed any new updates since you last played any games?

Check your update log, goto Control Panel > Programs > View Installed Updates

Probably not causing the "All of a sudden" problem. But I would consider purchasing more RAM if you're going to be doing a lot of gaming.

I know very little about video cards, but you may want to check your PSU. Most 550W will put out between 40-50A on the +12V. As I understand it the GT450s require 22A. If that is the case, it dosent allow much for everything else. If you have dual rails, it could be a balancing thing.
