what scsi card works H-RS880-uATX motherboard

I have a new HP computer with W7, and would like to be able to use my "old" HP3C scanner, that has a SCSI interface,

Would that scanner work with both W7 64 bit and with the H-RS880-uATX motherboard; if I got a SCSi adapter?

Motherboard Specifications, H-RS880-uATX (Aloe) HP Pavilion Elite HPE-560z CTO Desktop PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

    What adapter would work?

    Thanks.

    Welcome to sevenforums, Robert.

From what i can see on the net, it would be cheaper to buy a new scanner.
Even ebay want around $200 usd for a pcie -> scsi adapter.
The price for a new one on the DELL site is even higher.

    Hope this helps

I too recommend getting a newer scanner.
SCSI was great back in the day, all of my systems had SCSI drives, CD-R's and Scanners back in the day, but now everything is SATA and USB.

You can get this Epson for $25+ tax from Office Depot if you can get a Staples $25 off of $75 and trade in an old printer, or $50 + tax if you only have a printer to trade in.
