| | New Seagate 2TB Hi All, I just purchased a Seagate Barracuda LP ST320005N4A1AS-RK to replace a 1TB Seagate drive (currently being used as a storage device for ripped DVD's, etc). The drive is currently formatting and i'll probably wait at least 24 hours before mounting it in my system permanently. Are there any known gotchas with this drive (firmware update, etc) that I should know about before using it after formatting? Windows 7 x64 ultimate saw the drive just fine and loaded the appropriate drivers (which completed successfully). Thanks  |
