| | Windows 7 64 bit - Apple iPad Hi, My Windows 7 64 bit, will not download to my iPad. I have Intel 5 Series/3400 Chipset, and Apple Care claim that I need to update it. However when I try to update it tells me I have the correct one on there. Apple tells me that the Intel 5 Series/3400 is not compatible. Would appreciate some help, Edie |
