Windows 7 mouse acceleration fix - Need Help
Hi All
I found this:
Windows 7 Mouse Acceleration Help!
logitech 518 mouse, Mouse has no acceleration problems on windows xp.
P.C has duel boot config windows xp pro 32 bit and Windows 7 64Bit
My problem is kinda weird, I play Wolfenstein Enemy Territory.
I can play for one, two or three maps with no problem at all on the mouse acceleration. Sometimes I can go 2 minutes into the first map and the mouse acceleration goes haywire. I can have it set on 3.0 sensitivity in the game control panel and if feels like its set to 20 sensitivity when it accelerates on its own. It will stay messed up till I go into game control panel and move the mouse speed to 1.0 its still stays accelerated but it is good enough to play the game, after a few minutes the acceration is back to normal and I have to go back and set it to 3.0 sensitivity and its back to the way it was before if messed up.Now the other way I can get the mouse speed back to normal after it goes haywire on the acceletation is to reboot my Computer. I have looked at a lot of posts on the problem but nothing I have tryed will fix the problem I am encoutering and no one has posted anything close to the problem I been having with the acceleration problem on windows 7. So I figured I would post my perticular problem and maybe someone has had the same issue with windows 7 and found a solution. Thanks Rene G.
