Battery problem

I replaced my dell battery. All volts ect were exactly the same. Worked fine for a month or so. Now the indicator says bat has 100% charge (if I remove bat the indicator says ďno battery, reinstall and says 100% charge) but when I remove power cord computer does not work on battery.

Ok because the serial numbers that were above were recaled by dell so you would just get a new one.
Do you have the drivers and programs disk that came with the computer because it has a diagnostic tool that allows you to check your battery and it will run a series of tests.
If you have the disk insert it and shut down then when you turn it on hold the C key and it will boot into the diagnostic program to check for battery life
