Windows 7: I want a slate with win7+3G and keyboard, am I out of luck?

don't know what category or forum this topic is appropriate for so Ill try here.

With all the hype on Ipads and slates and all that I figure since i accidentally spilled booze on my HTC SHIFT killing it I'm in need for a new similar type of computer.

Too bad the entire UMPC market is dead.

The thing is I'm living in Poland and my Polish is next to nil so while out running around I need a handy computer for translation purposes. So, 3G = important and since I'll be typing a lot a physical keyboard would be very nice.

I want Windows 7 despite all the other more touchscreen friendly OS's because Windows 7 can actually run any and all applications as apposed to the meager android market availability (by comparison) and Apple is entirely out of the question.

Are there any computers on the market? the kind i want. Or should I wait for some near future release? Any advice would be nice.

Right now my eyes are eagerly focused on the release of the Acer Iconia W501, any thoughts you could share with me would be much appreciated.
