the Asus PCE-N13 is actually a RAlink chipset on the card. I just bought this card and haven't had the chance to install it. I did a lot of research to determine that there has been several problems with the asus drivers
and windows 7. The best way to fix this is to first to download the drivers from RALINK look for the RT2860 driver
on thier website. Once you have that driver on the desktop uninstall the card and reinstall it with the RALINK drivers. This should fix your issues with the card.
The second problem could be is that your internet security is blocking the card. Your security system sees that an unknown device is trying to connect to the internet. You can try to fix your security system or uninstall it. In this case disconnect yourself from the internet, unistall your internet protection, reinstall the drivers of the network card, make sure you can connect to the internet and then reinstall your internet security.
