    HP Probook 4520s and DVDRAM GT30L error 19


    Dear friends, I have an HP Probook 4520s with I5 and 4gb ram and Seven 64bit.
    Everithing worked fine until 2 week ago.
    Now my laptop show me an error in the original DVDRAM GT30L. It seems unable to install the original driver of the original HP DVD Recorder.

    I tryed to download a new driver from intel but ... I can't use the DVD with Seven.

    The DVD is in perfect working conditions because with Ubuntu it works perfectly.

    Someone can help me to fix the problems? This problems seems appear after an update from Microsoft.

    If you think the update installed another driver for you DVD player, you could try to go to properties in device managet and try to roll back the driver. Failing that, if you know the proper driver, select update driver, select choose from my computer, then select let me choose. The program will show all appropriate drivers installed in your computer. If that doesn't correct the problem, download the driver from HP. It should have an .exe file that will install without the DVD.
