IVT Bluetooth failure to connect

I recently put together a new system based on an Asus M4A79XDT EVO. I recently replaced a Dell SD card reader (that had built in Bluetooth) with a newer media reader with the Bluetooth transmitter. I bought an Ultra Bluetooth USB dongle as a transmitter. It came with IVT BlueSoleil drivers and software.

I have had no problem connecting my Bluetooth Logitech mouse and keyboard. But, I cannot get my Rockefish stereo headphones to connect. The program sees the head the phones and recognizes them. They show up as a picture labled RF-MAB2. But, when I try to connect them I get 'The service is not available. Connection failed.'

I downloaded the latest Rockefish drivers and they show up in 'Devices and Printers' as Bluetooth Communications Port (Com3), Bluetooth Hands-free Audio, and Bluetooth Stereo Audio icons. I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh yes, when I look at device manager; the Bluetooth unit is working.
