[HELP] Drive D: Rare Issue

As u can see, few programs coz i just formatted my PC again due to the same issue.
My Drive D says 154 GB free that seemed no files are on it yet.
But even if I installed programs, still it will say the same thing
Even when i looked into properties, it would even say 154 GB free even if there's
already a used space. Here are some screenshots for more info:

I havent encounterred any changes due to this issue
but still im hoping this would be fixed since im still worried about it. :sarc:
It's not the way it should be so im thinking this is a problem that needs to be fixed.

As you have less then 1gb of data on the Partition this is right.

after i installed Bad Company 2
its now showing up,. too noob!
