multimedia keys?

    multimedia keys?


    i have keyboard #r41097 the multimedia keys aren't being regonized-i'm running windows 7 64 bit

    Hi bluzeboy, see if Human Interface Device Access is enabled and running in Services.

    it was disabled,but after enabling & restart they don't appear to work.
    i started the service but i got a error 2 can not find the specified file,it says it working but get the error when i start the service,so i'm not sure if its really working.

    Make sure its set to auto, so when the machine boots it starts, and that you have the software loaded for the keyboard

    Does the keyboard need any additional software loaded? What brand is it?

    Cool beans glad you got it working. You must have had corrupt files or a needed service disabled.
