Everyday computer use rig

I'm making a new computer just to run office, pdf, and internet. Will this be a decent computer rig?

Case and PSU
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Elite RC-330-KKR1 Black SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 350W Power Supply

Mobo and GPU (might want a different one)
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR A880G+ AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

RAM
Newegg.com - PNY Optima 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model MD4096KD3-1333

CPU
Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 840 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor HDX840WFGMBOX

I already have a hdd and cd so i dont need that stuff

Any different suggestions for any of the parts? I would like to have the price stay at about the same price (~~~300 dollars)

Please have all these parts on Newegg, i would like to just buy everything off of them.

It should be a decent rig, for what you need .
I had a quad core - 4 gigs of ram build, that lasted untill one month ago when my motherboard died.
