Could be an issue with your PSU,

Mine is quite temeramental, it wont turn on if it's been switch off but left on at the mains. I must either turn my PC on within 2mins of a shutdown or must turn it off at the mains for a few mins before I turn it back on. I know this is my power supply as I have had 3 mobo's all behave the same way with it.
