Windows 7 - New Dell System and Severe Problems by one Game

I bought new dell Laptop XPS 15 L502X,I have one Problem from Spider Man:Shattered Dimensions Pc,i get the problem:This Program has Stopped Working after the starting cut scene movie is completed or if i Skip the cutscene i get the Problem:Spiderman(SD) has stopped working,please help me regarding this problem urgently,please.

I have the Latest Drivers updated,according to dell.
next,I have latest Direct X too.
this game runs without any problem on my Desktop with ATI Sapphire Radeon 5670 DG31PR board and 2GB ram,Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit,without any Service Pack.
And how can i change video Settings?
