dual monitors/switch

I have a dual monitor setup, primary is HP 19" and secondary is HD Gateway 19". I wanted to make my secondary monitor my primary..easy enough, I just switched them and moved DVI connections accordingly, to make identifing 1 and 2 as it was before. Using Windows 7 screen resolution, the primary and secondary monitors show correctly as 1 and 2 with the swap that took place. In my CCC, it's showing as 2 and 1. How can I get this to identify correctly? Windows is gateway 1 and HP 2 and ATI/AMD has it gateway 2 and HP 1. The physical postions of the monitors is gateway 1 (left) and HP 2 (right). I dont get it.

Mine shows the same as yours but I don't find it a problem as I only use the CCC I can only suggest picking one method to use and then changing the monitors around to fit

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one out there with this problem. Like you say, it's no big deal....just annoying that it's not right
