Make Windows Keep a Log File of Data Transfer Activity

I'm interested if there is a way to make Windows keep a log file in terms of data transfers, more specifically from the PC to a USB or from PC to a printer, as well as other devices. (using some method such as editing the registry or whatever else)

What I am looking for is a log file that records what files were transferred or sent to the printer, USB, or other devices.

If it is possible to do this, I would also like to know where Windows would keep such a log file.

I really don't want to buy a third party software for this. I'd rather do it manually and retrieve the data myself.

Let me know if this is possible please!

Thanks
