and the reason i didnt want to move the video card from the first slot is because some of the fan cords wont reach around it | My System Specs |

Take the side panel off and don't worry about the fans right now... let's get the major issue out of the way... then we'll worry about the minor issue of cable management.
If you have a room fan, you can just point it into the case while we're testing another pci-e slot. | My System Specs | | OS 7 Ultimate x64 CPU i5-2500k Motherboard Asus P8P67 Pro Memory 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL7D-8GBXH 1866MHz 8-9-8-24 Graphics Card EVGA GTX 570 SC Sound Card X-Fi Titanium Fatality Monitor(s) Displays Samsung S27A550H 27" LED Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard MS Natural Elite 4000 Ergonomic Mouse Logitech G500 PSU PC Power & Cooling Silencer 760 Case Lian Li Lancool K62 Cooling Thermalright Venomous X Black/Scythe S-Flex/Shin-Etsu X23 Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 3 120GB.

no i just used the Nvedia auto update, but now that i have the panel off, i rly think its the video card, since the "fan noise"(when computer crashes) that i talked about earlier is the video card... i think im just gonna have to send it in | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate X64 CPU AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 940 Processor 3.02GHZ Motherboard MSI K9N2 Diamond Motherboard - NVIDIA nForce 780a SLI, Socke Memory Corsair Dual Channel TWINX 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 x 4 (3.97) GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX/9800 GTX ( Now Radeon HD 5750) Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Case Cool Master |

How attached are you to that card? It's pretty dated, so you would have to weigh the cost of repairing it against the cost of a new card.
Not that getting another GPU heatsink and fan assembly would be expensive, but it would still be pouring money into an outdated card... your best bet would be to just get a new card. | My System Specs | | OS 7 Ultimate x64 CPU i5-2500k Motherboard Asus P8P67 Pro Memory 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL7D-8GBXH 1866MHz 8-9-8-24 Graphics Card EVGA GTX 570 SC Sound Card X-Fi Titanium Fatality Monitor(s) Displays Samsung S27A550H 27" LED Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard MS Natural Elite 4000 Ergonomic Mouse Logitech G500 PSU PC Power & Cooling Silencer 760 Case Lian Li Lancool K62 Cooling Thermalright Venomous X Black/Scythe S-Flex/Shin-Etsu X23 Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 3 120GB.
