Real simple buddy. You just have to:
1. Back up all that you need onto some external media like a portable HDD/SSD if you haven't done it already.
2. Once you've backed up data, great. Whip out that x64 DVD and boot your PC/laptop from the DVD-assuming, naturally, that your hardware lets you run 64-bit.
3. Just click on "OK", "Yes" and the like. Jokes apart, if you came this far, you should have no trouble with the rest of the install.
4. Bingo, you're done. Put your data back, and you're set to go.
