I doubt power is your issue. Boards don't really need much to POST. That socket A of yours has really served you well; outlasting all others of it's kind. It might be time to let it go in peace?

Its possibly a BIOS setting relating to the harddrive... Have you switched it between AHCI and compatibility modes? Any luck with either of them?

@xarden: I tried that the first chance I got to when it would actually go into the BIOS, still no luck.

@Glhs958: I took a long look, nothing looks to be abnormal on the board itself.

@Alphanumeric: The PSU is just as old as the computer and its original parts dating back to 2002 or 2003, I believe this may be the issue.

@Fumz: I guess you are right, the Socket A served it's time well, after forcing it to deny death multiple times I guess it's time to let it go in peace. Like my dad said, "Give it a hail-mary full of grace and strip it for parts."
I'm going to ask my dad to help me out with buying an all new computer.

This is the computer I selected, I'm giving my dad $250 and he will pay off the rest, then I have to do manual labor to pay him back.

I brought it back to life!
It was the cable the connects the hard drives to the motherboard! It was just that simple problem the whole time!
