Battery issue

Am using HP Dv6 Core i7, 4GB DDR3 RAM w/500GB HDD. Am getting below message while my laptop getting charging.

" % available(Plugged in, not charging) Consider Replacing your battery"

I bought this laptop 1 year before and it was working fine. Recently i have changed my OS from Home Premium to Ultimate. After this installation i got this message.

When i google it is showing need to update BIOS version, i have upgraded to latest version also. But still getting this error.

Any help is highly appreciated.
