If it shows the HDD as removable, you are in ahci mode, right?

I'm not sure if it is the HDD, all that is shown when I do DISK PART, is a removable something, with a size of 0.

But yes I'm in AHCI mode.

If that was after disconnecting the HDD, it must have been detecting the CD/DVD drive.

I hadn't run the DISK PART with either disconnected, but I'll try.

Right so I'm holding my HD in my hand while I'm typing this is still showing some kind of removable media in C.

What is hooked up to the computer? When the HDD was in, could you hear it spin up or make any unusual noise, Can you open your CD/DVD? I'm running out of ideas other than Motherboard.

    Mouse
    Keyboard
    VGA Cable
USB Sandisk (Displayed with correct size in DISK PART)
SD Card (Displayed with correct size in DISK PART)

Yes my HD makes sounds, yes I can open my Disk Drive, and the little green light even flashes.

Not sure 100%, but the cable connected to it says Serial ATA, so I would assume so.

Basically, everything hooked up to the Sata is not recognized. It sounds like the sata controller to me. If someone else has some other suggestions, chime in. As a last resort I guess we could try clear CMOS, but not sure that would make a difference.

Do you have another hard drive that you could connect and new cables?
