    Appdata is an environment variable. Open the command prompt and type Set, all the environment variables will be shown there including Appdata.

    Appdata actually refers to C:\users\%username%\appdata\roaming. Can you browse to that folder? Just type %appdata% in the Run dialog box, then hit Enter.

    Also, are you using some kind of modded windows?

    My windows is not modded. I my appdata (the path) is not changed.

    Then try running sfc scan a couple of times.

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
