Windows 7 - lost dvd bluray drives

Been on holidays. On my return I found my grandkids have been playing with my computer. As a result my 2 disks burners (1 dvd and 1 bluray) are not working. I can see them in my device manage listing (see attachment) but when I check if they are working I get the message at the bottom of the attachment. I can't reload the drivers from the disks because I cant access the install cds. The suppliers of the 2 drivers don't have drivers etc on their sites.
